• Regional ecosystem work for SingularityNET Africa across Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Kenya, including the AI Governance Workgroup.
• Preparing the Community-First Intelligence Framework for publication with a permanent identifier, so it becomes citable rather than only presentable.
• Building VCBL Studios in Lagos across applied research, product development and practitioner network-building.
• Designing the next NextGen pipeline iteration, with a revised 40% female participation target and partnerships with women-in-tech organisations.
